Weighted Dues/Voting Structure
This weighted dues/voting structure has been implemented to provide the small number of large beekeepers in the province with a stronger say in issues that affect their significant investment and contribution to the industry.
At the time of this writing, it is estimated that there are approximately eight beekeepers with 4,000 colonies or more, and 120 beekeepers with 100 colonies or more.
